All the carnivores at heart including myself, can dust off our worries about calories special thanks to the Department of Agriculture. On March 1, 2012 the establishment enforced a new rule where a harbinger in stores or label of nutritional information must be displayed frontally on ground meats or poultry packages. All the raw-cut foods will have the number of calories, total fat and saturated fats listed too. Anything that says "85 percent lean" does not signify the number of fat is curtailed. This way, when devouring your ground steak or turkey there's no need to second guess oneself. A little food for thought!
P.S. I love my meats, so it's bizarre how some can be a vegan. They're really missing out!
